Cahokia Mounds is such a neat place. The big mound, Monk's Mound, has 149 steps to the top. It also has a great view of St Louis! From the top you can also see several other mounds scattered around the big one.Today we learned that in the year 1200, Cahokia had a bigger population than London. So what happened to them? Well, if you ask Gavin, they "sold everything in exchange for casinos".
